so I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant and am having very bad pains on my right side where my liver or gallbladder is I believe it's in my lower rib cage. I don't have no cramping anywhere else just this sharp burning pain. could this be due to prenatal vitamins getting to much? my 1st appointment is scheduled for end of next week. or could it be something more serious like a tubal pregnancy? I'm confused just in alot of pain
