Will I get pregnant?

I’m 19 years old, & I’m ready to become a mother. I’ve been on different kinds of BC since I was 13 years old. I’ve been taking the pill for over a year. & I now recently stopped taking it as of 3/3/18. I’ve been good about keeping track of my cycle, & now here comes my question.. will I ovulate this month? Considering I just got off the pill. Or does it take time for your body to ovulate? Please give me any feedback.☺️

Go be 19. You have plenty of time to have a baby. Enjoy school or find a career that you can see yourself in forever. Travel the world. You can do anything you set your mind to, just don’t set yourself and your baby up for a struggle hon.

Not judging you, but I have some advice. I became a mother at 19. I’m 26 now. My son is almost 7. Since I had him SO young, our lives have been a S T R U G G L E. HIS life has been a struggle. I stayed married to his dad until my son was 3, I was 22. I’m still trying to pick up the pieces and finalize my divorce, at 26. I didn’t get pregnant on purpose but It happened and I went with it thinking “how hard can it be?” Turns out the hardest thing I’ve ever done. And it continues to be the hardest thing I am currently doing to this day. I’ve made some really really huge sacrifices to make sure I was providing for and caring for my son. Sacrifices that more established mothers have never had to even think about. I would do them all over again, I just don’t wish the adversity that we have gone through on any one. No 19 year is ready for a baby. I wasn’t and I thought I was. We’ve been through hell and back and continue to do so because of the disadvantage I put myself in becoming a parent at 19. You’re an adult and will make the choices you see fit for yourself, but really take into consideration the facts of what being a young mother entails, because this isn’t just about you. Having a baby is about that baby, that new human life. You’re just figuring out how to be an adult right now at 19. Focus on that before adding someone else into it. They don’t have a choice on what road you take them and raise them on so do everything to ensure it’s the best you can make it before taking on that responsibility. Peace and love.

19?? do you know that when all your friends are out, that you won't be able too?? or do you know how much a baby cost..apparently not. do you work a full time job? can you provide adequut food clothing and a home...not ut parents your slef.. not trying to be mean but being a parent is a lot of work... you are definitely not ready for a kid. you can't even legally drink yet

Doctors suggest it can take up to 3 months to get into a regular ovulation cycle again. That's not to say that you won't ovulate in that 3 months it's just it could be irregular it's very much an individual thing.

I’m 19 and pregnant. My baby wasn’t planned at all. I don’t regret her one single bit but if I could have had some more time to figure out my life and experience things, I totally would. And you should too. Having a baby gives you no other choice but to grow up. Its no longer about you.  Just remember that.

I'd wait to try, if i were you, at least 'til 25. My early & mid 20s were way too much fun. I could not have done it w/ a child to care for.  I would have missed out on some really awesome adventures, passionate loves & so many other life changing, mind expanding experiences if I had a little one to look after back then or if i made sure i did not miss out on my young adult adventures my (hypothetical) child would have missed out on a present & attentive mother.

It really does depend on your body, some people’s cycle returns to normal almost instantly, others take a few months. There’s no way to know until it happens unfortunately! You can always use ovulation strips to check🤷🏽‍♀️ but for reference, I’m 19 and had the implant in from 14-17, had it taken out for 6 months then got another put in again which I took out after 4 months. It took me about 6 months to get pregnant after I got it taken out permanently 😊 good luck!

try using ovulation tests around the time you are supposed to be fertile. if I'm in my fertile days I test ever other day up until the day I'm supposed to ovulate...
