Boobs leaking already?!?

I am currently 16w4d. This is my 2nd pregnancy but my first one ended in a miscarriage around 11weeks. So I got out the shower this morning and my boobs were leaking clear liquid! It wasn't water for sure cause when I squeezed my boobs more came out 😂 just wondering when you started to notice leakage??

It’s my first pregnancy, and my left boob started leaking around 16 weeks. Not a lot, but enough to go through a sports bra. It’s clearish-white and seems to be worse when I’m more active. Doctor said not to worry about it.
