Nothing bought from registry

I don’t want to sound ungrateful and I’m so lucky I’m even getting a baby shower... but nothing has been bought off the registry and my shower is tomorrow. Is it normal for people to not buy things from your registry? Personally if I went to a baby shower I’d buy what they picked out. I have a huge price range too. I’m just not sure what to think ☹️ My In laws even told us to not buy ANYTHING (we did buy a crib) so now I feel super behind 😩
