I'm 4w3d and my sides are aching ... anybody else feeling like this? Like it feels like I pulled something sometimes 🤷🏽‍♀️

I had general cramping very similar to those during a period. 4w4d I woke up from a dead sleep with very bad cramping like 8/10 and call a health professional and then my neighbour who is a nurse, this is all pretty normal apparently (especially with your first) as you uterus is making room for the little bean. My lower back and hips then would ache for the following 2 days. I check again during my follow up with my physician and he said that it’s very normal
