Working & Pumping moms

What is your pumping routine? Do you nurse baby in the morning before work and evenings?

I go back Monday and have a small freezer stash in case I have a hard time getting in the flow of a new routine. I’ve nursed my daughter on demand all 4mo so not too sure on her daily intake. My plan is to pack 5 (3oz) bottles for daycare as they prefer smaller quantities to feed and not waste any breastmilk. I plan on nursing before leaving for work, on my lunch break if possible, and after work all evening/night. I feel like my daughter eats smaller quantities more frequently so idk how many times to pump at work, ideally 3x.
