Gained!!!!
I have an app on my phone whwre I have to be accontable for all of my food intake and when I exercise. It says I am below my calorie intake but yet I have gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks! So frustrating.
Last year at this time I was 200, then during the winter I gained 50 lbs and have had lots of trouble getting it off. I then began having heart issues- they noticed my thyroid levels were up- I am now on medication for my heart but still cant get below 240!
