Question about stress

My husband and i have been fighting a lot over the past few days and now he’s not talking to me which is a common thing he does- stonewalls and keeps his distance in his cave. I’m also 5w 4d pregnant today and had a miscarriage in December. I’m scared now Bc I have no preg symptoms and scared Bc we’ve been fighting and all the stress that it will happen again. Can stress cause a miscarriage? I feel really lonely and scared.
