Anniversary of being married for five months is next week, and we decided to celebrate every month for the first year of our marriage. Being married has taught me and TESTED me to my deepest depths. And I know we have so much more to go through and learn. Just being boyfriend and girlfriend You break up when things get tough and when they annoy you you both can go home to your separate apartment. But being married the furthest he’d let me go is the living room couch, and that’s for no more than a hour then he comes and forces me back into the bedroom. He treats me so good, I never need or want for anything. Every night he listens to me gossip and talk his head off about work, and my friends and my problems , and he just rubs my cheeks and listens. He comforts me, puts gas in my car every week😂 whenever he goes to the store he gets my favorite snacks without me having to ask lol. He’s in the army so for a while our relationship was long distance, mainly when he was in Europe. We celebrated every holiday, watching the fireworks together opened presents on Christmas , all on FaceTime. He obviously got tired of being long distance because he moved me from Michigan to Tennessee just so I can get on his nerves everyday 😂But anyway, Being married is so much more than a ring and a piece of paper , it’s a bond with God, and each other promising no matter how tough things get, you’ll never let each other leave unless it’s to the living room lol❤️😘 I pray that everyone gets a chance in life to feel the same type of love I’m experiencing.
