Early twin symptoms?

Question

Looking for any experience from people who had twins and what their early symptoms were. And yes I know the only way to determine is by ultrasound. Just looking for some info 😊

I had very painful boobs and sore nipples before my pregnancy test. also had to pee a lot. Got very positive tests 2 days before my missed period. started getting nauseous at like 4 weeks 1 day. Then it was hell lol. constantly needing to eat saltines and drink ginger ale so I wouldn't puke, super fatigued, and still really sore boobs. I also had bad colds almost the whole time I was pregnant (I later miscarried). I then started throwing up multiple times in the mornings at about 6 weeks. I've never had another pregnancy to compare it with but I suspected it was twins cuz no-one else in my family had ever even thrown up during pregnancy and I was doing it every day. Oh and I woke up to pee every 2 hours. before being pregnant I never woke up in the middle of the night. Long answer but I hope it helps haha
