11 days late on period

I’m 11 days late on period I have neg pregnancy test including blood work, so my de called me yesterday ask me to update him on my period en ovulation after my appt with him Jan 26, so I told him that I had a period on Feb 7-14 and detected ovulation on Feb 22 so this month I haven’t had a period so for him it was strange that I have detected ovulation but I didn’t get my period or positive pregnancy test I’m on provera 10mg and letrozole 7.5mg so he said to keep testing but if I’m already 11 days late shouldn’t be showing already??? So today I did another pregnancy test including a digital and a opk,
