Yes! Omg I'm a stomach sleeper too so it's to the point where I can't even sleep on my stomach anymore not because I'm uncomfortable but because I can feel pulsing!

Do you mean like an actual pulse? Because your aorta runs down your abdomen and you can see/feel your aortic pulse from the outside.
