2weeks in London 28-30 weeks preg

I will be traveling in two days to London for 1 week then Ireland for 1 week. I have been cleared my my doctor, have copies of all my records, purchased additional travel insurance, and I was just wondering if any other ladies have traveling advice. Foods to stay clear of, foods to eat, things to pack, things to do, etc. Thanks! 😊
