34 weeks pregnant and nipple stimulation causing me to cramping instantly. I stopped but i keep cramping now. isn't it too early for this? and is the cramping contractions from the nipple stimulation?

According to my midwife nipple simulation/hand expressing isn't recommended until 37 weeks. Try to relax, have some water, a shower, but if that doesn't work I would personally call the hospital.

id drink a few glasses of water and lay down for a bit to see if they stop. if youre getting more than 4 in an hour for two hours after youve been resting then call your doctor or go in to be checked. nipple stimulation can cause contractions to start and you dont want to go into preterm labor
