Red bumpy hand?

DS is 6 wks today and woke up with this on his hand. It’s a little on the other side as well. Doesn’t cause him pain. He’s been putting his hands in his mouth more? Does anyone know what this is or how to treat??

wash the child's hand with gentle baby cleanser in warm water pat dry and put coconut oil on it for moisturizer. if it does not resolve by Monday or Tuesday, take the child to the pediatrician's office as the child may have a fungal infection

Is it possible he sucks on those fingers? My daughter has been a thumb sucker since around 1 month and her thumb/first finger looked a lot like that when she first started.

It could be eczema... does anyone in your family have or had eczema? If yes, then that is a possible culprit.
