help!

my 2 year old has always been very hyperactive and rambunctious. just within the past few days I've noticed that he has calmed down. he's still this very happy fun kids. he still plays and wrestles his brother and get into stuff but he's calmer. he got his 2 year molars in and i had no clue. he didnt fuss, cry or even get fevers i only knew because i seen them and he's handled his teething awful up until now. i dont know if its because he is just breaking out of the phase or because he is getting older. idk but im so used to him hyper and a crazy kid that im concered. wondering if any of you other mothers have experienced this?!
