Don’t know what’s going on feel like I’m going crazy

My last period was feb 6th ....currently on cycle day 41 and still no af tested about 4 days ago bfn ..I’ve been very emotional lately which isn’t like me lol I’ve been being a cry baby ..I’m always hungry and I’m not nauseous until I wake up or just got done eating and I smell things most of the time food that’s not even no where near me just the other day I smelled someone drinking kool-aid at work when they were passing my window I have slight cramps behind my belly button...really hoping I’m pregnant everyone including my boyfriend thinks I am I go take blood test on the 20th
