HCG levels should I test again???

Hi ladies,

I had a miscarriage in December at 8 weeks and found out at our ultrasound appt when the baby was supposed to be 9 weeks. I’m now 5w and 5d and getting more closely monitored this time. I’m just wondering how many times I should get my HCG levels checked... these are my levels so far:

3/5 - 178.9 HCG 11.8 (progesterone)

3/7 - 553.0 HCG 16.9 (progesterone)

3/10 - 1,322.5 HCG

3/12 - 2,569 HCG

My doctor said I don’t need to test anymore since my numbers are perfect and can just wait til I come for my first ultrasound at 7 weeks (in one week), but I can’t help but constantly be on edge that something could go wrong at any time-last time I had no symptoms or warnings of miscarrying... do you think I need to test HCG levels again before my ultraound appt in a week? I know there good now but what if there dropping and I don’t even know it? Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!!
