Am I pregnant?? HELP!

I’ve been TTC for three months so I’m really new to this!! Today is my third cycle TTC and I’m two days late.. I don’t really have symptoms or anything that I think are symptoms.. the only thing I can think of that could possibly be “symptoms” are

EXTREME hunger, feeling strange like heavy in my lower abdominal area, and a sticky/creamy white discharge. And of course my period being two days late... I took a test the day before I was supposed to start my period and it was negative. I haven’t taken another since my period was actually late. does this sound like pregnancy?? PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE.
