IUD Removal and TTC

I am getting my IUD out tomorrow after almost 2 years and am excited to start TTC. I did not have a regular period before the IUD, and oral contraceptive prior to that, nor have I had a period since I got the IUD in on May 2016. Any suggestions for TTC/getting back to a regular cycle??
