Super confused, which do i believe?

So Flo says that today is my ovulation day but Glow says it’s not until the 23rd. Which do i believe? Flo has been pretty spot on lately with my period but when it comes to ovulation, I’m pretty clueless right now

Do you do anything else other than go off a app? Glow and Flo are just a prediction from the information you give. I suggest also using opk's, bbt,  checking your cm and the position of it.
