When should I test?

Im 13dpo and af is due in 2 days. Ive feeling real sick a lot. I spent all morning with my head in the trash can literally couldnt keep anything down! I tested Saturday night and this afternoon and I swore I might have seen something very very light. Of course after an hour the test was darker but was invalid. Should I test in the morning or wait until af?
