Painful sex while on letrazole

My doctor started me on Letrazole (femara) in January. Right away i started experiencing bone pain, hot flashes, and severe mood swings. When i finally got a positive opk i was in so much pain (joint and vaginal) that i literally cried through the sex. In February i did NOT take the letrazole and still had some pain but nothing like with the letrazole. Now its March and im taking Letrazole again and again having severe joint and vaginal pain. Anyone else have these symptoms while taking Femara? How am I supposed to want to do the BD with my husband if im in so much pain?? infertility sucks.
