Need advice

So my daughter had been so sick and was diagnosed with a uti and like a week later went by and she was still sick and they then diagnosed her with Kawasaki Disease. It was the worst experience in my life. She’s 18 months and luckily we’re back home and she has to see a cardiologist in 2 weeks make sure her arteries and heart look ok then go from there. But when she was so sick she ate nothing wouldn’t drink nothing, she was off the bottle completely but since she showed no sign of wanting to eat I got scared and went back on the bottle to help her now I need help weaning her back off 😞😢 and she has always slept in Her crib and the whole week before getting admitted to the hospital she slept with us since she was so sick running a fever all night we had to keep an eye on her but now Im having trouble getting her back in her crib. The most she has slept is a hour in the crib so we’re up most of the night just trying till I give in since I’m so tired. Any advice would help !!!
