I’m freaking out !

So...I had sex with my boyfriend and he did the pull out method I was panicking so the next day I took the morning after pill. And after 2 days I got my period because I was due and that’s when I started my contraceptive pill. And during my period nearly to the end I had sex again and he did the pull out method again. I continued taking the pill and on the 10th and 11th of March he pulled out but he also came inside me. And now I’ve been having pain cramps and since Saturday I’ve been spotting! I took the pregnancy test yesterday and it said negative. I’m freaking out I can’t be pregnant !!!!
