BBT & room temp

Does anyone know if having a cold house affects your BBT? I feel like my chart looks fairly normal I think (rising after ovulation) but it hasn't been above 98 degrees. My husband likes to keep our house pretty chilly at night so I'm wondering if that could be why my temps haven't been above 98? Is this something to be concerned about? This is my first full cycle of temping so still pretty new at it. Thanks!!,
