Could I be pregnant?

So I get my period at the end or beginning of the month and are heavy. This past month in February I got it at the end but about a week and a half later I got this spotting that only lasted for a couple hours..... the next day I got this egg white discharge I have been feeling really tired and nauseous and sore boobs... my pelvic area has hardened about a week after that I got spotting again little heavier but still light in color and only for about a hour as well. I’m expected to have my period in a few days any thoughts?!?!? Thanks
