Losing weight to get pregnant...
So I’m trying to lose weight because after almost a year, we still haven’t had success. I’m in my TWW now and we did a sperm analysis on my husband that said it was normal. Of course diet and exercise are important components of losing weight, but I was wanting some good ideas of best nutrition and exercise programs to lose at 20lbs. Any help is greatly appreciated, even if it’s just a little motivation. Thanks!
