Hcg levels over 4 days! Is this a lot?

My hcg was 690.5 on Thursday and this morning it was 4647. Is that a large jump for days? Could that be multiples? I’m only 4w6d

being 1 day shy of 5 weeks you are absolutely normal as that level ranges to the 7000s.

Mine went from 760 at 4+1 to 14213 at 5+2.  I have my first doctors appt tomorrow and hoping they’ll send me for a dating scan to double check.  I didn’t ovulate until CD 42 so technically I’m 10 weeks since my LMP but I know I’m not that far along.
