Serious question.

Ok. I’m young and stupid and I plan on getting on birth control soon. So please leave out sarcasm. I was with my boyfriend. And he fingered me. We did NOT have sex. I’m worried about precum on his hand and then fingering me. My period is due today. I have slight cramps. This incident happened 10 days ago and I believe I ovulated 13 days ago. I took a cheap test this morning and it was negative. Could i be pregnant or am i freaking over nothing...?
