I have no idea what todo and I need some advice. Please take the time to Help.

I’ll give some background:

Was diagnosed late last year. Cycles were around 45 days and sometimes no signs of ovulation.

Lost a bit of weight and cycles slowly started to get shorter 31-36 days

Met with fertility dr who was happy my cycles were getting shorter and i did ovulate the month I did blood work/ultrasound (of course) she suggested we try naturally for a couple of months before meds

Ovulated in November, and January but not December (seems to be every second month)

Fast forward to this month: after temps being way off, and OPKs showing I tried to ovulate once and then got a positive on March 10. Thinking I’d be getting my period or BFP next week... but 6 dpo I spotted and 7dpo had a regular flow to fill one tampon and then got brown blood and spotting very light ever since (now 10 dpo)

Took a test on 8dpo and BFN

Here is the dilemma, if I count heavy flow as day 1 I was given the go ahead to start femera tonight! (Technically day 3)

I have been cramping and feeling very off stomach wise for a week now. I’m scared to start meds if there’s any chance I’m pregnant.

My period the last two months has been 31-32 days so the bleeding is around the time- but my positive OPK was showing I’d get AF this week.

Do I start meds tonight?!?!
