Stress and TTC

We've been trying a few months (still early I no) but I'm a super stressed out anxious person(I have serval types of anxiety), I stress about being stressed 😩 I'm concerned about stress stalling getting pregnant ... has anyone been an overly anxious person and gotten pregnant? Or found away to drop the stress and got pregnant?

I've been trying new things to drop stress just curious if anyone has done anything special.
