I am 4 weeks and 3 days. I haven't had any symptoms other than mild back aches and dull, intermittent cramping that started on my right side then moved to the left side. these aches and pains lasted the course of a few days right after getting my positive test last week. this will hopefully be my 1st baby, but sadly, this is my 3rd pregnancy. I miscarried in January at 6 weeks, and I had all kinds of symptoms then. heartburn, nausea, horrible breast tenderness/pain, frequent urination, bloating. I am terrified that there is something wrong. my OB is doing an ultrasound next week at 6 weeks. has anyone else been in my shoes and had a successful pregnancy? ❤
