Lots of cramping

I have a lot of cramping this cycle and no period yet. I went for my annual exam today and had some blood tests done, including HCG test, but won't know results until tomorrow... Any ideas? My breasts have seemed full for like 3 weeks now. And recently have been a little tender. I have also had what seems like an abundance of discharge this cycle.
