Okay ladies... so I need some help!

On my first ultrasound scan I was told I have a cyst on my right ovary but that it’s pretty common in early pregnancy and it should go away on its own (that’s where I had some pinching pain for a couple weeks now) should I be concerned about it or mention it at my next ultrasound? The first one was at a private studio since my parents visited me and I wanted them with me..

Idk what I can do to speed the “healing” process up?! Any ideas would be really appreciated 😊
