PCOS?!

Ladies I got off of Lo Loestrin Fe in November

(was on it for 4 1/2 yrs) got my period in December and didn’t get one in January....February came around and still nothing. I made an appt with a new OB and was told I have PCOS. Based off me telling the ARNP that i had missed my period and had cramps 24/7. They never did blood work ... did an ultrasound and saw a few cysts which I’ve always had an issues with few cysts...so she put me on provera and I got my “period” Feb22.

We are currently ttc and I have been taking opks got LH SURGE on every test from March 15 until today in the morning. I took one around 6pm and it showed no surge. Can someone please give me their input? Did I ovulate?
