Gym advice!!!
So in December 2017 I hit 200 pounds. I got a gym membership but every time I went I felt so discouraged and felt like everyone was judging me. Like the look some people were giving me was asking me why I was even there. I’m not sure how to use some of the Machines so I have to read the instructions before attempting to use it. I just feel so out of place!
Any advice on how to get over the discomfort??
Also does anyone else feel this way?
