I’m not leaving my child over night with my in laws until he can talk. But I don’t trust them and they don’t respect me. My mom on the other hand I’d probably would at around 1yr or older.

Depends on how much you trust the grandparents 😊 I’ve never left my son fully over night but I have left him all day and came home around 3am (was at a pretty wild wedding)

If you, your partner, and the grandparents are all comfortable and happy with the arrangement I say go for it! If you’re feeling anxious spend some time setting things up for grandparents. We haven’t left our son overnight yet (he’s only 8 weeks), but we’ve had a date night and I felt 100x better once I set out everything the grandparents could possibly need for baby. Bottles all lined up, breast milk sorted by ounces and date, swaddle out and ready to go, etc.
