My husband ejaculated inside me for the first time. We have been using the withdrawal method and this is the first time he slipped up. Anyway, the flow app says I am 7.4 % chance of getting pregnant. Do you think it could happen?

Yes. It could happen. It doesn’t matter what a computerised app, based off of averages is telling u your fertility rate is..
You can fall pregnant if you are a week away from ovulating.. or closer. Or up to a day after. 
If you are not actually tracking ovulation via OPKs or hormone tests, or doing BBTing, you have no idea when u actually ovulate. So you could be super fertile right now for all youd know. 
The withdrawal method is not effective. Even if he pulls out. Precum is a thing. And causes pregnancy.
If pregnancy isn’t what you want, I suggest using proper forms of birth control in the future 😊
