I've lost my baby!!😢😢😢😢

I am 9 weeks pregnant, an when i went to my sonogram appointment my doctor said she sees no heartbeat. Just a week an a half ago she rold me everything was fine an the heartbeat was strong. I dont know what could of happen from then to now. Im so devastated.
