6DPO whose with me? what are your signs and symptoms?

Currently 6/7dpo.

Yesterday I felt fine, nothing all day. No sore boobs or anything. Then late in the evening when I Was in bed. I starting having a crampy feeling on one side. almost like a pulling/ pinching sensation. only mild though but enough for me to notice.

This morning woke up feeling a little tiny bit sick, ate something and have been fine.

Also, my boobs are now sore and I've got a huge appetite. This only happened overnight. didn't have any of this yesterday.

might be the start of PMS but hoping its the first sign of pregnancy symptoms.

what are others experiencing around this many dpo?
