S.O.S MY GALS!

Soooo, I have never been in a relationship before, never NOTHING! And this really sweet/handsome boy at my university has been staring at me for weeks on end, but won’t say anything, and now we cross paths on campus all the time, or in the parking lot. He always stares at me and when I make eye contact with him we both turn a ridiculous shade of red but haven’t said anything to each other! I want him to make the first move, what should I do? Should I make the first move? If so, HELP! Lol
