Brown spotting

Woke up this morning to brown spotting. My last two pregnancies ended in miscarriage and my last one I had spotting early on too but had scan at 6+6 and all was well at that time but had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks. I’m 5 weeks tomorrow. Is anybody else experiencing this too? Can’t help but worry xx
