Yesterday i started my cycle. I threw up about 7 times & also had the runs. I had no choice but to call off work. I was in so much pain. I took meds , i haven’t threw up but my cramps are killer. I went to the bathroom & i wiped. As i wiped more and more, i noticed pretty much alot of blood clots, which grosses me tf out lol. Is this normal? Does any of you go through this?
