This is my first pregnancy and I’ve always been quite tiny my bmi is only 15 but I’m really struggling with the aches and pains and when it comes to work I stand all day which is hurting me 100 times more. Starting to feel like a bad mum not being able to cope with being pregnant. Any advice?? I need it 😔
