Unbearable painful cramps

So my period ended a few days ago and today I started getting like a slight cramping feeling and I just thought it was maybe some gas and not cramps. And now I’m laying in bed and I have like really really painful cramps. Like the ones you can feel throughout your whole entire body. I’m not sure if I should be concerned or not?
