2 miscarriages 3 months apart... will I ever have a healthy pregnancy???

Hi I'm 27 years old and last year I had 2 miscarriages 3 months apart and than after that I feel like now I can't get pregnant. me and my fiancee haven't used a condom and I'm not on bc. I'm trying for baby #2. My daughter is 5 and she has been asking for a baby brother. what can I do to get myself good to get pregnant?  p.s. I did gain 40 pounds from stress

I'm very sorry for your losses. Eat well, drink lots of water, exercise, take prenatals and try to take some extra weight off. Excess weight and stress can hinder your chances of getting pregnant. Your SO is a factor as well. Make sure he's doing the same. He can also take vitamins with zinc and folic acid and/or folate to help sperm count and mobility. You can even try Pre-Seed. Did you happen to have your tissue tested for abnormalities?
