Insomnia..
Hello ladies. Ive been suffering with insomnia and serious lack of sleep for the past week now. Usually I'm awake till around 6 in the morning & then i start to feel tired so I force myself to sleep (before this time it's impossible). I'll only sleep for a few hours & then again in the evening for an hour or 2. Or that's what ive been doing. But it's getting so hot lately (im only in the UK so by hot I mean like 10 degrees lol!) that sleep has been near impossible. I was concerned about this and rang my doctors. I just wanted to share with any of you ladies who have also been experiencing this what my GP told me; as much as insomnia and lack of sleep is an absolute pain for us in can in NO WAY harm the baby! Our babies will sleep whether we are or not & us having lack of rest will not do any harm. Sleep when ever you can, i'm lucky as im not in work anymore but whether you are or not just sleep when you feel like your body is ready to! This is something I didn't know & I just thought I'd share to maybe put some of your minds at rest too, being a FTM I tend to find the worst in everything lol! So incase any of you are like me I wanted to share this info! 5 weeks to go and I guess the lack of sleep now is just practice for when I have the little one keeping me up! 🙈 Goodluck ladies & hope this info is useful to some! 🌻
