Pregnant?
Hi guys! I’m currently 6 days late (my period comes like clockwork every month) and I’m not sure what to think. I started getting back into working out last month and trying to eat a bit better, so I automatically thought that was the reason. But there IS a possibility I could be pregnant with baby #2! Would diet and exercise skip over my period entirely or just delay it? How long until I should take a test? Our first was planned and happened on our first try, so this is new territory for me. Thank you!
