Hi, I have been experiencing random attacks of severe cramps and digestive symptoms on the first day of my period a few times a year. The pain is so bad I have passed out. This is the order of symptoms:

-dull pain on left side of pelvis wakes me up

-pain gets worse

-I get sick to my stomach

-I get dizzy, cold and shaky

-Proceed to be in pain for 1-2 hours

and try not to pass out

-Feel fine

I have been to the doctor and even the ER before (after losing consciousness) and gave up on getting a real answer. The doctor told me I am likely passing out from the pain and to lie down so I don’t hit my head if I do. Anyone have a similar situation?
